Everything you need to know about booking Casa Loca for your celebration.
Our standard arrival time is 6.30pm and we are then all yours until 12.30am. For a small additional hourly rate, we may be able to arrive earlier or finish later—just ask when you enquire.
No. Casa Loca is completely self-contained. You only need to provide a suitable electrical supply for our professional equipment.
We normally shape the live set as the night unfolds, responding to the crowd so we can keep your dance floor full. Nearer the event, you are welcome to choose a few favourites from our current repertoire and we will do our best to include them. You can also send requests for the disco playback set in advance.
You can pay by card or bank transfer. Our standard terms are a 50% deposit, with the balance due 28 days before the event. Interest-free monthly and four-payment plans are also available.
Yes. Casa Loca carries £5 million Public Liability Insurance, meeting the standard requirement for most venues.
Yes. Noise limiters are not ideal, but we are experienced in working with them. Please tell us in advance so we can bring the right equipment for the venue.
Performance timings can be shaped around your event schedule. Tell us how your day is planned and we will recommend the strongest format for keeping the energy high.
